Stopa recikliranja od 100 posto i ponovno dobivanje svih resursa iz otpadnih materijala dio su zamisli o gradu bez otpada.<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-85472a4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"85472a4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Vi\u0161e se otpada proizvodi na globalnoj razini nego bilo kojeg drugog one\u010di\u0161\u0107iva\u010da, stoga bavljenje tim problemom mo\u017ee imati daleko br\u017ei i zna\u010dajniji u\u010dinak na borbu protiv klimatskih promjena. Na primjer, tone hrane koje svake godine zavr\u0161e kao otpad na odlagali\u0161tima proizvode metan, plin koji je 25% potentniji od CO2 i doprinosi trenutnom globalnom zatopljenju. [8] Transformiranje sustava gospodarenja krutim otpadom i materijalima mo\u017ee zna\u010dajno smanjiti emisije na svjetskoj razini.<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d06de79 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d06de79\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Op\u0107ine u urbanim podru\u010djima diljem svijeta ubrzavaju prelazak na budu\u0107nost bez otpada. Kako bismo u\u010dinili urbana sredi\u0161ta na\u0161ih gradova \u010di\u0161\u0107ima, zdravijima, otpornijima i uklju\u010divima, op\u0107ine su se obvezale poduzeti hrabre, mjerljive i uklju\u010dive inicijative za smanjivanje proizvodnje gradskog krutog otpada i pobolj\u0161anje upravljanja materijalima u svojim gradovima. Urbana poljoprivreda ponovno \u0107e uvesti uzgoj hrane na urbanim podru\u010djima, pove\u0107at \u0107e se u\u010dinkovitost izgradnje, a javni prijevoz \u0107e u budu\u0107nosti prevladati nad osobnim automobilima. Osobna vozila bit \u0107e smatrana tra\u0107enjem prostora u gradovima, a javne povr\u0161ine bit \u0107e pobolj\u0161ane kako bi vo\u017enja bicikla i \u0161etnja bile ugodnije i sigurnije. Promijenit \u0107emo na\u010din na koji proizvodimo energiju i promatrati porast decentraliziranih sustava na krovovima i fasadama, gdje se gradovi transformiraju u elektrane i gdje svi stanovnici proizvode energiju umjesto da je samo konzumiraju.<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-47a2c67 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"47a2c67\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Na\u010din na koji dru\u0161tvo pristupa otpadu znatno se promijenio, a istovremeno rastu i proizvodnja otpada i recikliranje. No, kako bi ekonomija recikliranja u dvadeset prvom stolje\u0107u postala stvarnost, potrebni su programi kojima se podi\u017ee svijest i mijenja pona\u0161anje ljudi. Kao \u0161to su zakoni potrebni kako bi prisilili proizvo\u0111a\u010de i gra\u0111evinske tvrtke da djeluju na u\u010dinkovitiji na\u010din koji proizvodi manje otpada, potro\u0161a\u010di moraju postati svjesni vrijednosti otpada, kao \u0161to je vrijednost otpada od hrane, EE-otpada, stakla i kartona za pakiranje.<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-897f141 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"897f141\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Moramo postati svjesni toga da, kao gra\u0111ani svijeta, nastanjujemo planet s ograni\u010denim resursima.
