Ugljikov dioksid ima zna\u010dajnu ulogu u sastavu zraka na\u0161eg planeta, dok je daleko manje zastupljen od du\u0161ika i kisika u atmosferi. Jedan atom ugljika i dva atoma kisika \u010dine molekule uglji\u010dnog dioksida (CO2).<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-70925de elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"70925de\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Kao zna\u010dajan stakleni\u010dki plin, ugljikov dioksid poma\u017ee odr\u017eavanju topline u atmosferi. Bez njega bi na\u0161a Zemlja bila nenastanjivo hladna. Atmosfera ga trenutno sadr\u017ei vi\u0161e od 400 ppm (dijelova na milijun). Koncentracija u atmosferi bila je blizu 270 ppm prije industrijske\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\naktivnosti. Mo\u017eete i sami iskusiti taj fenomen tako \u0161to \u0107ete staviti dlan preko tamnog\n\n\n\n\nkamena na vru\u0107, sun\u010dan dan. Rast emisija ostao je relativno spor do sredine 20. stolje\u0107a. Zemaljska je kugla ispustila\n\n\n\n6 milijarda tona CO2 1950. godine. Ta se koli\u010dina gotovo u\u010detverostru\u010dila 1990., dosegnuv\u0161i preko 22 milijarda tona.
